WSB University and Fab Lab Łódź kick off the OD&M training in Poland

On October 9, WSB University and Fab Lab Łódź have officially kicked off the ‘Open Design and Manufacturing through event based learning’ – the training proposal of the Polish node of the OD&M Alliance.

For six months, a group of 25 university students will experience an international training and research journey around challenges such as human-machine interactions, smart cities and smart environments, working at the realization of prototyping products and services. Besides frontal lessons, Hackathons, workshops and webinars will help them getting the most of knowledge and competences about rapid prototyping techniques and wearable technologies, also through the participation to the Sumo Challenge organized by the Technical University of Lodz.
